As-salaamu'alaykum wa Rahmatu Llahi wa Barakatuhu

Here it is!

Three weeks ago we had an amazing group of ladies join the Green Swap. They put their time, effort, and love into making beautiful totes for their swap partner with the intention to reduce the use of plastic bags, making the world a little cleaner. is time to vote!

Please click on the thumbnails to view each bag, decide which of these lovely bags makes you smile the most and vote. Thank you. (Flickr)

Thank you to all the ladies who took part in this swap. It was such a pleasure to co-ordinate this swap for such a creative, caring and wonderful group. All the bags are gorgeous.. so much so, I don't think I'll be voting, they all make me smile.

I hope we get to see you in future swaps and projects.

As-salaamu'alalaykum wa Rahmatu Llahi wa Barakatuhu my dearest sisters,

Oh boy..I'm behind on my replies!

Organic Muslimah, so nice to see you! If you interested in purchasing any, just send me an email of the bag you like, and I shall contact the sister who made it.. I'm pretty sure most of them will be willing to make some for sale.

Gulnarita and all those sisters who are wondering what happen to nine.. It didn't make it. As you know there were 13 participants, only nine decided to have theirs part of the contest. So no worries.. I never forgot.. 9 isn't supposed to be there. Thank you for your concerns :)

And many thanks to everyone for the comments and for your vote, very much appreciated.

Wow!!! Wonderful bags ladies! Masha-Allah you are all so talented!

Are you going to reveal who made each bag?

Thank you Janey and Amira for dropping by.

Haha Janey, oh yes.. now it's time to sit and wait for the bag! :)

Amira, excellent question.. I don't know. I suppose I'll first ask the participants for permission. But you will know who the winner is, insha'Allah!
