Wa'alaykum as-salaam wa Rahmatu Llahi wa Barakatuhu my dear sisters,
I am sooo happy you tried them out Zaynab :) and thank you for the feedback. I very much like that you used whole wheat flour (I like anything with whole wheat)..I think I shall try it your way, insha'Allah. And glad you hear the little man enjoyed them as well.
You can also substitute apple sauce for the oil.. which makes it even healthier.
hehe.. Hijabi Apprentice.. insha'Allah next recipe post I shall remember to put a warning label. Insha'Allah they turn out well for you, and you and the children enjoy them :) I look forward to hearing how it goes.

Wa Alaikum Salaam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
Dearest Farhana,
I have purchased the ingredients for the muffins :) but I had a quick question before I made them on Saturday. Are granny smith apples okay to use? Also should I dice the apples really small or should I put them in the food processor? Sorry for the basic questions but I am really not the best baker.

As-salaamu'alaykum wa Rahmatu Llahi wa Barakatuhu my dear sister,
No worries.. I am happy to answer any questions :)
Actually Granny Smith apples should work out perfect! (insha'Allah)
Dice the apples erm about half the size of a lego piece. (not to big, and not to small)
Insha'Allah I hope they turn out well, and you enjoy them.

Dear Farhana,
Thanks for the reply! Oh and Naturally made your muffins and they were so delicious. She actually had to hide a couple of them from her family for me ;). Her son tried to bribe me for one! So needless to say they were fabulous!!

Always a pleasure to receive comments from you :)
I am happy you got to try out the muffins and enjoyed them. (Jazak'Allah sister Naturally)
That's very cute "her son tried to bribe 'you' for one" .. hehe I take it "tried" means he wasn't very successful at it.. :)

As'salaamu'alaykum wa Rahmatu Llahi wa Barakatuhu my dear sister,
I am so very happy to hear you made them! and they turned out well. Yummm..banana muffins sound good. And two things go very well this bananas... either chocolate chips or dates (cut into little pieces)!
If you make them with banana, please let me know how they turn out.
